Terms and Conditions
1. All accommodation reservations must be made in advance and will be confirmed subject to availability.
2. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Bookings shall be confirmed only upon receipt of complete payment.
3. Please note that all bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. In the event of non-attendance, no refunds or adjustments will be entertained under any circumstances.
5. In the case of twin-sharing accommodation, if a participant wishes to nominate a specific roommate, this must be informed at the time of booking. Such requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Transportation for faculty members will be arranged from the designated hotel, including airport and railway station transfers, as well as pick-up and drop-off to the conference and workshop venues.
7. Outstation delegates will be provided transportation to and from the conference and workshop venues. Adherence to scheduled timings is mandatory.

November being peak tourist and wedding season in Jaipur, there is a high likelihood of quality accommodations being unavailable or overpriced. Early booking is therefore strongly recommended.
