Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Process
- Abstracts may be submitted for either Poster Presentation or Free Paper Presentation at ISPNCON 2025.
- All submissions must be made by filling out the official Google Form. The form will include an option to upload your abstract document and specify your preferred presentation type (Poster / Free Paper/ Award Paper).
- Submissions through email, post, or fax will not be accepted.
- Please submit only one version of each abstract. Duplicate submissions will be rejected.
- Abstracts previously presented at other national or international meetings will not be considered.
Key Dates
- Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 07/10/2025
- Late submissions will not be reviewed.
Acknowledgment & Review Outcomes
- You will receive an email confirmation once Google form is submitted.
- Upon acceptance, authors will receive further instructions on preparing their presentation, including uploading an e-poster file if selected for poster presentation.

Presentation at the Conference
- Detailed instructions for preparing either the free paper or poster will be shared along with the acceptance letter.
- The Scientific Committee will consider your preferred format but reserves the right to assign the final presentation type.
- The presenting author must be a registered delegate and must complete payment by the registration deadline to be included in the scientific program.
- At least one author must attend ISPNCON 2025 in person to present the work.
Abstract Format Guidelines
- Each abstract should be structured and must include:
- – Objectives: Brief background and specific aim of the study
- – Methods: Study design and methodology
- – Results: Key findings and data summary
- – Conclusions: Main takeaways or implications
Formatting Specifications
- Title: Maximum of 25 words
- Abstract Body: Maximum of 300 words
- Topic: Must be submitted under a relevant category of Pediatric Nephrology
- Visuals: You may include one table, one graph, and/or one image (total up to 3 files). These should be in JPG or PNG format, each under 3MB.
- Use standard medical abbreviations. Non-standard terms should be spelled out at first use.
- Ensure clear, grammatically correct English suitable for publication.

By submitting your abstract, you confirm the following:
- The abstract cannot be modified or withdrawn after the deadline.
- All listed authors have agreed to the submission and consent to publication of the abstract in ISPNCON 2025 materials (program book, website, etc.).
- The content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights or intellectual property.
- The corresponding author is responsible for keeping all co-authors informed of submission updates.
- Non-compliance with the above may lead to removal from the program.
